Zug, Switzerland, 14 October 2026 – Adalvo is pleased to announce the signing of a partnership agreement with Olpha for the commercialisation of semaglutide across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The agreement was formalised during CPHI Milan 2026 and represents another important step in Adalvo's strategy to expand its presence in the rapidly growing GLP-1 receptor agonist market.

Through this collaboration, Adalvo and Olpha will combine their respective strengths to support the successful introduction and commercialisation of semaglutide in the Baltic region. The partnership brings together Adalvo's expertise in developing and delivering differentiated pharmaceutical solutions with Olpha's established commercial infrastructure, extensive market knowledge and strong presence across the Baltic healthcare landscape.

Semaglutide has emerged as one of the most significant therapeutic innovations in the management of cardiometabolic diseases, driving substantial transformation across the GLP-1 market. As demand for advanced treatment options continues to grow, the agreement positions both companies to capitalise on expanding market opportunities while supporting broader access to high-value therapies across the region.

"At Adalvo, we are committed to building strong partnerships that accelerate access to innovative treatment options across key markets. Olpha's established position in the Baltics makes them an ideal partner, and we look forward to working together to maximise the value of this collaboration and unlock the commercial potential of semaglutide across the region."
