As a member of Adalvo’s executive leadership team, Anja will lead the company’s global organisation and people agenda, with a clear focus on translating Adalvo’s growth strategy into the leadership, organisational capability, operating model and performance required to scale globally — while preserving the speed, accountability and entrepreneurial agility that have been central to the company’s success.
Anja brings extensive international executive experience in business and organisational transformation, leadership and performance. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with CEOs and executive teams to scale organisations, strengthen leadership and organisational effectiveness, and build the capabilities required to execute strategy through periods of growth and transformation.
