Based on the reference brand Tivicay® (ViiV Healthcare), Dolutegravir is indicated, in combination with other antiretroviral medicinal products, for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. As a leading integrase inhibitor, Dolutegravir is recommended by the World Health Organization as a preferred HIV treatment option across multiple patient populations.
Global sales of Dolutegravir reached $1.88 billion in 2025 (IQVIA), highlighting its continued importance in HIV treatment worldwide.
