Building on a successful collaboration, Adalvo and Libbs extend their partnership to bring a high-quality, affordable central nervous system treatment to patients across Brazil.

Zug, Switzerland, 31st August: Adalvo today announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Libbs Farmacêutica, one of Brazil's leading pharmaceutical companies, with the signing of a new asset in the central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic area for the Brazilian market.

The agreement builds on the established and successful relationship between the two companies, deepening a partnership designed to widen access to high-quality, affordable medicines for the Brazilian population. It reflects the shared ambition of both partners: pairing Adalvo's differentiated development and regulatory capability with Libbs's strong commercial presence and deep understanding of the Brazilian healthcare market.

CNS conditions represent a significant and growing area of unmet need. By bringing this asset to Brazil, Adalvo and Libbs aim to expand treatment options and improve access for the patients who need them.
