Nil Cinar is leading the Strategic Partnership team. She holds overall over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. During her career, Nil has taken leadership roles in various departments of multinational pharmaceutical companies, and carried out responsibilities for commercial operations, business development, establishing and expanding geographical presence beyond the existing markets, and expanding company product pipelines, in several therapeutic areas.

Nil brings extensive knowledge and experience in various business deal models of Licensing, Co-development, M&A, fee-for-service, and possess a worldwide pharmaceutical business network. Nil has secured partnerships throughout all continents from USA, to EU and to China, and expanded company pipeline significantly with new products additions, including Proprietary and 505b2 programs, small molecules and complex injectables as well. 

Nil holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering, and has been certified through INSEAD management program.
