Milton is responsible for the overall strategic management of Adalvo's portfolio products and implementation of the sales strategy with high-value clients.
Milton is a pharmaceutical executive with over 16 years of experience across commercial leadership, business development, and strategic growth in Latin America. He has been leading operations in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, and Bolivia as Commercial Director Andean Region at PISA Farmacéutica.
Previously directed regional expansion and sales strategy at INCOBRA, and led portfolio and licensing initiatives at Eurofarma (covering 20 countries in LATAM) and La Sante (covering 14 countries in LATAM). Started his professional career as Quality and Compliance Analyst within PROCAPS, having hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and verifying Quality System Elements (QSEs) to support regulatory compliance.
Milton is highly skilled in logistics optimization, inventory management, and coordinating cross-functional processes in manufacturing environments Skilled in managing product pipelines, launching new brands, and overseeing national sales forces across non-retail and trade channels. Milton is an expert in contract manufacturing to multinationals as Sanofi, Boehringer, Grunenthal, GSK, Pfizer, MSD, in/out licensing, and strategic planning across diverse pharmaceutical markets.
Milton holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Sales Direction, Barcelona University and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Autónoma del Caribe University Barranquilla, Colombia. Since 2019, he is a university professor, sharing expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and international trade within Universidad de los Andes (University # 1 in Colombia) and Uiversidad del Atlantico.
