Joan Fusté

Joan brings more than 20 years of international finance leadership experience, with a strong track record of building high-performing finance organisations, supporting growth, and delivering value creation in complex, global businesses. 

Most recently, Joan served as Group CFO of FAMAR Group, where he led global finance and IT functions, partnered closely with the CEO and Board, and successfully steered the company through a major private equity divestment.

Prior to FAMAR, Joan spent eight years at Covis Pharma, where he joined the company as one of the earliest employees and played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation from a start-up to more than 400 employees globally. During his tenure, Joan was deeply involved in the company’s growth and transformation and successfully supported two separate exit transactions, delivering strong value for investors and stakeholders.

Throughout his career, Joan has built and led high-performing finance organisations, supported international growth, and guided companies through significant transformation.

His combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise and transaction experience has helped businesses navigate complex challenges while delivering sustainable long-term growth.
