Ajish Rajan is leading the Business development & licensing initiatives for Central and Eastern Europe along with Russia & CIS region. He is also managing partnerships for a few key MNCs at global level.

With 15+ years of industry experience across Business development & In/Out licensing, Direct-to-market strategy, M&A profiling, P&L and Alliance Management, he has built a strong network of clientele across Europe, MENA and India. 

He has been instrumental in setting up Greenfield business units & Joint ventures in Europe & GCC for a few Indian MNC; hence highly appreciate intrapreneurship spirit in organizations.

Prior to joining Adalvo, he has worked with global pharmaceuticals such as Biocon, Lupin & Cipla and led business development and commercial teams.

Ajish holds a degree in Physics and MBA with specialization in International Business.

He is also a “Certified Manager” from ICPM, USA awarded with Administrative Management Society Scholarship.
